Vernon and Mardi Veazey , Owners and Brokers

Vernon is a native of Tennessee. He served in Vietnam and received two purple hearts. He worked as an insurance salesman and then for the Veterans Administration. In 1990 he started his own Field Services and Preservation business. Vernon and his wife Mardi have three children. In 1995 Mardi left her nursing career to join Vernon in his business. In 2004 the business expanded to include Real Estate. The company is here to serve you and always choose the right in all your real estate transactions. It's our company motto, and our life motto.

Jack Dayton , Broker

Jack is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, certified real estate brokerage manager, lifetime member of the million dollar club, and a real estate instructor at the community college. Jack has over 30 years of real estate brokerage experience in the market area.

Dee Prestwood , Affiliate Broker

Dee has been associated with CTR's Field Services branch since June of 2003. She obtained her real estate license in May of 2004 and is currently an affiliate broker for CTR Realty Services. Dee has been married for twenty years. Her husband, Rob, has served in the U.S. Air Force for twenty-two years and retired in 2005. The couple resides in Estill Springs, Tennessee, where they share their home with their two dogs, Jake and Bagel. Dee is excited about the opportunity of helping you with all of your real estate needs; be it selling your current home or finding that perfect house to make a home.

Coleen Argo , CTR staff member

Coleen has been a member of the CTR staff for the past five years. Although you will rarely see her in the office, she plays a vital role working from her home.

Andrea Singleton

Andrea has been a Franklin County resident since 1984. She is married to Manny Singleton. They have one son, Brent, who is currently attending college. She is the owner of BAM Home Repair. She has been working at CTR part-time since February of 2004.

Beth Walls

Beth is a senoir at Franklin County High School. She began working with CTR 2 years ago and has continued with us after school and during the summers. In her spare time Beth enjoys basketball, softball, swimming, shopping and cooking. Beth resides in Winchester, TN with her parents, sister and dog, Samantha.
